White Vinyl Primer is a non-yellowing, fast dry, easy sanding primer. White Vinyl Primer (WVP) is specially formulated for use as a first coat under all M.L. Campbell® pigmented nitrocellulose, precatalyzed and post-catalyzed products. It exhibits very good adhesion on wood, MDF, particleboard and other hard boards. WVP has superior moisture resistance and stain blocking. Sands very well to produce an excellent base coat with outstanding holdout of topcoats.
