The Freedom Hidden Countertop Bracket by Federal Brace is an L shaped bracket that is designed to hold countertop overhangs where 2/3 of the weight is already supported by a cabinet base. The purpose is to create the ultimate floating counter appearance by easily mounting it to your base cabinet. Each hidden countertop support can hold up to an astounding 375 pounds when installed per our installation guidelines. This allows you to safely mount thick granite, quartz, marble, other natural stones and concrete countertops. The flush mounted hidden brackets allow for plenty of chair and leg room, even within the tightest of spaces. Finished in flat black, flat white and an untreated raw steel that is ready for painting. Best used in an island setting when additional support is available. The brackets come in several different sizes starting from 8 inches going up to 20 inches. The most convenient part about this bracket is that it can be mounted before or after your countertop goes on. If mounted before your countertop, the bracket can be installed into the bases structure for an almost completely hidden application.
