- All TEC 864 hinges feature a solid metal cup and all moving mechanism parts have all-steel construction
- 108 degree TEC 864 hinges are designed to work with doors up to 3/4" thick
- TEC hinges have a shallow, 10.5 mm (13/32") cup to accommodate most profiled door edges
- TEC 864 hinges have two cabinet mounting options: side mount and wraparound mount. The wraparound mount style mounts on 3/4" thick face frames by positively locating hinge base on the face frame
- The 108 degree hinge has three dimensional adjustment: (1) cam side adjustment (+/- 1.5 mm) (2) cam depth adjustment (2.5 mm out and .5 mm in) and (3) slotted screw hole height adjustment (+/- 2 mm)
- Available in 2 cabinet door cup fastening designs: Screw-On & Doweled
- Available boring patterns: 42 mm and 45 mm
- Uses #6 x 5/8" flat head for hinge cup and #8 x 3/4 pan head screws to fasten base plate to face frame
